Characteristics:
Strolghino is a small lean salami ideally eaten fresh. Made only with leftover thigh cuts from our semi-free range pigs fed with raw materials. Placed in natural casings and to be eaten within a few weeks.
Recommended as an entrée or aperitif, hand-cut into thick slices with fragrant bread or toasted bread paired off with our Malvasia secca and a few slithers of our over-20-month-old Organic Parmigiano Reggiano
