Characteristics:

Sparkling rosé wine made with Lambrusco Marani grapes obtained after a long second fermentation using the Charmat method. Wine with a delicate soft flavour perfect as an aperitif or during the meal especially for summer dishes.

Alcol: 11,5% vol.

Serving suggestions: suitable for simple Emilian dishes or as an aperitif. Serve at 12-14°C.
